This time around there’s no interview, leaving the Troupers free to attempt a seance in celebration of Halloween. Needless to say, it doesn’t go as planned.
This month’s list is “The Top Ten Things that Scare Us Silly.”
Now that we’ve all seen the film (we have all seen it by now, right?), here is the sad, true story of two guys who didn’t get cast as extras.
Originally filmed while filming for Steven Soderbergh’s “The Informant!” (starring Matt Damon) was winding down in Decatur, Illinois, in May of 2008, this is Jay and Shawn’s reaction to not getting cast as extras in the film.
We are super excited to announce our first opportunity for YOU to interact with one of our characters!
“Ask Milt” will feature our lovable curmudgeon answering whatever video question you’ve got. It may not be the answer you’re looking for, but it will be an answer!
Facebook fans of Troupe Dynamic have already heard the news, but we’re a little late posting it here: our September Top Ten list video is live on thrivedecatur.com!
This month we take a look at the “Top Ten Signs Autumn is Coming,” plus Timmy heads out to Love at First Sight to learn more about September’s big pet event, Barkfest 09′!
As for this site, we have the newest outtakes from fan favorite, Milt. Milt (along with Hugh, behind the camera) has taken on a life of his own, and we’re planning something pretty fun with him that we will have details on next week! For now, check out the latest!
Here’s a sneak peak of the September Top Ten vid for Thrive magazine, featuring Timmy and Hugh filming a segment. Vid should be available Tuesday at thrivedecatur.com. This month’s subject? “The Top Ten Signs that Autumn is Coming.”
Our August Top Ten list should be up and running over on thrivedecatur.com this coming week, and in the meantime we’ve got another outtake with Old Man Milt for you to enjoy!
Timmy will be stage managing for an upcoming production that features several Theatre 7 vets both on and behind the stage.
“The Boys Next Door”, a production of Macon Resources in cooperation with Theatre 7 will be July 31, August 1, 7, and 8 at 7:30 p.m. at Shilling Auditorium, Richland Community College.
“The Boys Next Door” is a funny, yet very touching play focusing on the lives of four disabled men who live together in an apartment under the watchful eye of a sincere, yet increasingly despairing social worker.
“The Boys Next Door” cast will feature Mitchell Van Zant, Ross Moyer, Danny Cox, Adam Lewandowski, Laura Wilkerson, Joe Davies, Pam Myo, Randall Lacox, Clay Knight, and Pati Sprague. Dreux Lewandowski serves as director.
Reserved tickets are $10. A group of 12 tickets can be purchased for the price of 10. Tickets can be purchased at Macon Resources, 2121 Hubbard Avenue, Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm or call 875-1910.
Our Top Ten video for July is up and running on thrivedecatur.com! To celebrate, we are proud to present for the first time here on troupedynamic.com our first Top Ten video, previously available to view exclusively at thrivedecatur!
Old Man Milton appears in our July Top Ten list, and according to our cameraman Hugh, Milt “was very talkative. It took a while for him to actually answer the question (“What do you expect to see at this year’s Celebration?”). A very long while. In fact, I think I logged something like 52 minutes of footage for a 5 second sound bite!”
We’ve whittled down the 52 minutes. Enjoy Milt, and check out thrivedecatur.com for our latest Top Ten video!
We thought we’d tease our Top Ten video for July by posting a few pics on Flickr from filming tonight. And if you haven’t checked out our Top Ten video for June yet, what are you waiting for? Head over to thrivedecatur.com now and watch it!
What did Timmy end up looking like? Head over to the full Sneak Peak Flickr album to find out! Trust us, you won’t want to miss it!
